Brass into Silver, Heirloom Ornaments a Beautiful New Year's Card & Share the Love Wednesday!

Welcome to Share the Love Wednesday! Thanks to all of you who linked up last week... let's get right down to some fabulous features from last week's participants!

I've often seen a great metal piece at the thrift store that has great lines, etc... but was discouraged from buying it because of the finish. Check out this makeover of a dingy brass tray into this gorgeous silver tray! See the before picture and the details on the paint used over at Home Sweet Homeade!

This next project is from Alice and Bridget. It's a gorgeous collection of ornaments with sweet crochet wrappers made by her grandmother. Not only is it pretty, the story tugs at my heartstrings. How often do we put our hearts into crafts and hope that the person we gift it to treasures it forever? Grandma would be so proud to see how very loved these ornaments are! The display is perfect for this type of collection.

Before you know it the new year will be upon us. If you have some time before it hits, this sweet tag from Lori Hairston would be the perfect inspiration to get you paper crafting! She suggested lots of uses for the tag, including a tag to attach to a bottle of wine as a hostess gift! See it and so many other beautiful projects over at Choux Choux!

I love finding fabulous features each week! Grab a feature button ladies...
